Rahul Arvind Chand is young dynamic and enthusiastic person who as shown voluminous achievement both academically and professionally. Rahul is an environmentalist having worked at United Nations AIDS program, Ministry of Health for Republic of Fiji Islands and a few non governmental Organizations on ad hoc basis. Currently Chand is the National Coordinator for Fiji's National Biodiversity and Strategic Action Plan at Department of Environment funded through Global Environmental Facility (GEF) and United Nations Development Progarm ( UNDP). Rahul has exquisite character of charm and appeal having imbibes the personality of loving, caring and understanding person from his mentor in life Swami A.C Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada. As a student Rahul has won many essay contests, of which the prominent being the national award winning essay for Copyright and privacy acts in Fiji. Recently Rahul published his articles on Freshwater Ecology, Marine Ecology and Naboro Landfill Operations in Fiji as part of his studies. Rahul is a Post Graduate Student at University of the South Pacific in Climate Change and is a graduate of Auckland University of Technology in Applied Science majoring Environmental Studies. Besides this, Chand holds many accredited training certificates from other national and international institutes. Rahul is famous for his credentials in website editing. The unique thing about his concerted talents is that he never learnt website editing , video editing and website and designing at school or college. He purely learnt that at his own pace by self investigating software’s and today he sits to edit complex software’s and design complex patterns in some of the most difficult software’s. For this he has always received accolades from friends and people he has worked with. Chand has recently started his private business venture of this hobby into part time profession and in the short lapse of time has won many offers which he has successfully completed.
